The 2004 - 2005 fee for membership in the Massachusetts High School Drama Guild is $250.00. Guild membership runs from July 1, 2004 - June 30, 2005.  Membership entitles your school to participate for free or at a reduced cost in all Guild programs. As a member, your school is elibible to participate in the annual Drama Festival at no additional cost if MHSDG receives your check or organization's purchase order by December 1, 2004.

Please note that this form is for membership application only.  If you plan to enter this year's Drama Festival, you must separately submit the "Drama Festival Entry Form" found elsewhere on this site.

Your membership fee is non-refundable.  To ensure proper credit, return this completed form by December 1, 2004 with a check or purchase order for $250.00, payable to MHSDG, Inc., to:
